I am an aspiring solutions architect based in Pittsburgh. My primary background is in teaching English at the college level, but I am working hard to retrain for cloud computing. I believe my background has given me a firm command of verbal and written communication, as well the flexibility and curiosity that retraining requires.

I am currently taking care of my children at home and retraining for cloud competence while my wife works as an environmental educator.

Taught first-year composition and first-year literature courses and managed the writing center, first as the Assistant Director (three years) and then as the Director (two years). I am proud of the work I did to help students to think and communicate with precision and conviction, and I did that work while juggling various other roles (Director of Debate, Studio Coordinator, Subject Matter Expert for Online Composition).
